Due to Covid-19 regulations, you must bring your own yoga mat and props (if you should require it). Also spaces are very limited, so you must pre-book in advance. Each studio has their own late cancelation policies, so please take note of when you book to be mindful that there are not many spaces available to begin with.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (60 min) – a challenging yoga flow in a heated 30 degree room with variations offered for all levels.
Non-Heated Yoga (45 or 60 min) – a dynamic all levels yoga sequence for all levels in a non-heated room.
Pilates Reformer Flow (50 min) – a challenging pilates reformer class that will test your core.
Pilates Reformer Align (50 min) – a pilates reformer class that focuses on the fundamentals of core alignment.
