Through the integrated wisdom of yoga, meditation, energy-work, shamanic healing, and Buddhism, woven in with my personal experiences, my greatest wish is that you will emerge as your most empowered self.
If something within you deeply yearns to be met, and held, and ultimately freed from the prison of blame, shame and illusion, I invite you on this journey into yourself to find yourself.
Everyday for the next 10 days, watch 1 short video that will provoke a new perspective, then listen to the daily meditation audio that will help shift your energetic and emotional state. The meditations can be done seated on a cushion on the floor, or a chair if you have knee or back issues, and in some cases you will be invited to lay down.
After the meditation, consider spending some time for yourself to journal about your experience. There will be various journaling prompts to help you with this. You can get all this done in 20 minutes or so.
Plan your day accordingly. I personally prefer the morning time, but it doesn’t matter when you do it, so long as you do it and commit this time for yourself. And it’s these little shifts that you start making on a daily basis that will transform you over time.
